1. About us. This store (shop.avenuesound.in) is operated by Avenue Sound Private Limited, India. Registered office: Shop No.5, Plot No.81, Mauli Sector 50E, Seawoods, 400706 Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Acceptance. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Products and pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated. We try to keep descriptions, specifications and prices accurate; in case of an obvious error we may cancel the order and refund in full. Some items are priced per pair, as stated on the product page.

4. Orders. An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing or verification reasons, with a full refund.

5. Payment. Payment through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store card details.

6. Shipping. We ship within India only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and warranty. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Installation and use. Many products need professional installation. Avenue Sound is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use outside manufacturer specifications.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; site content belongs to Avenue Sound.

11. Governing law. Laws of India; courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of order applies.
