Refund Policy

Avenue Sound Private Limited ("Avenue Sound", "we") is an authorised distributor of high-end audio products in India. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

- Report transit damage, a defective unit or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery at sales@avenuesound.in with your order number, photos/video of the product and packaging.

- After verification we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

- Unused products in original, sealed and undamaged packaging with all accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- A restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply; return shipping is paid by the customer.

- Not returnable: opened/installed items, software licences and activation codes (e.g. Dirac Live), drivers and products cut, mounted or modified, custom/special-order and pre-order items, clearance or "limited stock" items sold as-is.

How to return

1. Email sales@avenuesound.in with your order number and reason. Do not ship without a return authorisation.

2. We share a return address and instructions.

3. On receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty serviced through Avenue Sound as authorised distributor. Warranty period varies by brand. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, power surges or unauthorised repair.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
