IMPORTANT

Hard drives are not included with the R_volution NAS. The system supports up to eight 3.5-inch SATA hard drives. Storage capacity depends on the number and capacity of installed drives and the selected RAID configuration.

The R_volution NAS is a powerful 8-bay Network Attached Storage system designed specifically for storing, protecting and streaming high-quality movies, TV shows and music throughout your home. It features an integrated optical disc drive that can automatically back up DVD, Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs in bit-perfect, uncompressed quality.

With its 8 hot-swappable drive bays, the R_volution NAS provides a scalable storage solution for large media collections. It supports 3.5-inch SATA hard drives and hardware-based RAID configurations including RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5 and JBOD. RAID 5 provides protection against a single drive failure while allowing the system to continue operating.

The built-in R_video Media Center automatically organizes movies and TV shows with covers, metadata, cast information, directors, genres and ratings. The R_video database contains information for more than 1.2 million movie titles, providing a rich and easy-to-navigate media library experience.

The R_volution NAS can store up to 38,400 DVDs, 6,400 Blu-rays or 3,200 4K UHD discs when equipped with eight 32 TB drives. Multiple R_volution NAS units can also be combined to expand the overall storage capacity.

The NAS allows movies, TV shows and music to be streamed across a home network to multiple R_volution media players. Up to three zones can simultaneously play different movies in stunning UHD quality. It also supports multiroom audio and can work with platforms and devices such as Roon, Sonos and Bluesound.

The R_volution NAS is also suitable for yachts and other environments where an offline media library is required. Once the media library has been created, users can enjoy their stored content without an Internet connection.

The system is designed as a complete solution for serious home theater enthusiasts, media collectors and custom AV installations requiring large-capacity, reliable and centralized media storage.
